Ingredients

  • 1 lb Prairie Legacy Grass-Fed Ground Beef
  • 1/4 large white onion - chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 4 brioche or sesame seed burger buns
  • olive oil - for cooking
  • favorite fixins - for topping

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a large bowl and mix until combined
  • Lightly form your bison burger mix into 4 3/4-1 inch thick patties of equal size.
  • Preheat the grill to 400 F. Toast buns on grill about 2 mins and set aside.
  • Brush grill with olive oil and then add burgers to the grill and cook about 2-3 minutes on each side. Then top your burgers with cheese so it can melt.
  • Top your burgers with your favorite fixins' and serve.
