Add ingredients to a large bowl and mix until combined
Lightly form your bison burger mix into 4 3/4-1 inch thick patties of equal size.
Preheat the grill to 400 F. Toast buns on grill about 2 mins and set aside.
Brush grill with olive oil and then add burgers to the grill and cook about 2-3 minutes on each side. Then top your burgers with cheese so it can melt.
Top your burgers with your favorite fixins' and serve.

You can use any of your favorite burger toppings like pickles, grilled mushrooms, and onions to take these burgers to the next level!
