  • 1-2 cups pizza sauce
  • pizza dough - you can use store-bought or homemade

  • Dust a clean, flat surface with the flour. Stretch the pizza dough into your desired shape and size.
  • Brush olive oil on one side of the crust and place it oil side down on your grill. Cook for about 3 minutes, until the crust is bubbly is browning. Brush the remaining olive oil on the top of the crust and flip it over.
  • Apply sauce as desired to pizza crust and top with cheese, ground bison, and red onion. Cook with toppings on for about 5 minutes until don. Remove from grill, sprinkle on the fresh basil leaves then cut and serve.

Notes

This pizza is delicious and you can make it with a store-bought dough or your own pizza dough recipe.
When you are stretching the dough, you want the crust to be on the thinner side, and make sure not to overfill the toppings on the pizza crust.
