Cowboy Spaghetti

Prairie Legacy Grass Fed Beef is naturally lean and full of flavor. It is a breeze to prepare in this delicious southwest inspired cowboy spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb package Prairie Legacy Grass Fed Beef
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 medium bell peppers chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups tomato sause
  • 16 oz can creamed corn
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Boil spaghetti until just tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, bell peppers and garlic over medium heat until bison loses its pink color.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, creamed corn, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer stirring often.
  • In a baking dish, combine cooked spaghetti, bison mixture, and 1 cup of parmesan cheese. Toss to mix and then sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
  • Bake until sauce is bubbling, about 30 minutes.
