Cowboy Spaghetti
Prairie Legacy Grass Fed Beef is naturally lean and full of flavor. It is a breeze to prepare in this delicious southwest inspired cowboy spaghetti.

Ingredients
- 1 lb package Prairie Legacy Grass Fed Beef
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 medium bell peppers chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups tomato sause
- 16 oz can creamed corn
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Boil spaghetti until just tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, bell peppers and garlic over medium heat until bison loses its pink color.
- Stir in tomato sauce, creamed corn, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer stirring often.
- In a baking dish, combine cooked spaghetti, bison mixture, and 1 cup of parmesan cheese. Toss to mix and then sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
- Bake until sauce is bubbling, about 30 minutes.
