Ingredients

• 1 lb Prairie Legacy Grass Fed Ground Beef
• 16 oz Mexican Velveeta cheese
• 16 oz Container fresh salsa
• 1/2 Bunch of cilantro finely chopped

Instructions

• Brown ground beef, as you would for tacos, on the stove top.
• Put cooked ground beef, cheese, salsa and cilantro in a crockpot on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
• Serve with your favorite chips!
